| How many players play on the field in the different age brackets? U8, U9, and U10 will be 6 v 6. U11 and U12 will be 8 v 8. All others are 11 v 11. |
| I can't access the page that allows me to confirm my teams participation in the tournament. You may not have signed into the location which allows this operation. You must first log in using the team id # you were assigned when you applied. This will take you to the proper page which will allow you to confim and access other forms. |
| Can a player play on one team and guest play for another team in the tournament? No, a player must only play with one team in our tournament. |
| Can I use my medical form issued by the league? Yes, as long as you are a member of Ohio South and it contains an original signature of the parent, guardian, or adult player. If not you must use the one that is available from the tournament web site forms section. |
| Can we get a later game due to travel from out of State? While we can not promise a later game time due to travel distance, we will make an effort to consider it. |
| Can we use our league medical release forms or our Club medical release forms? Yes your own medical release forms will be fine for our tournament. We will however require a team liability release form which will list each player and each parents signature is required. In addition, a 2nd Liability form is required for the AIA facility for all U14 and older teams participating. Even is you are 18 or 19 yrs old it is required. All forms are located on the website so you can download them. |
| How do we find out our Team ID # if we have misplaced it? Email us at heatherbeem33@yahoo.com and we will reply with your Team ID number for the tournament. |
| How many teams do you expect to play in the tournament? We anticipate a total of approximately 150 teams to participate in the tournament . |
| How will winners be determined in brackets or divisions with 4 or 5 teams that play a round robin format? By points. 3 points for a win, 1 for a tie and 0 for a loss. We will not have divisions with 5 teams this year. All groups will play 3 prelim games followed by a championship game. |
| I coach more than one team in the tournament. Can you schedule my games so they do not conflict? While we will make an effort to do this IF you let us know well in advance, we can not promise that we can accomodate your request. Please be sure that you have an assistant coach that can coach should you have a conflict. |
| I coach two teams in the tournament. Can you make sure my game times are not at the same time? We can not promise that the game times will not conflict or overlap. We will do our best to try to accomodate. |
| If I was not accepted, will my refund automatically be sent? Yes, our treasurer will be refunding your payment and he is aware of the teams that were not accepted and will process those refunds asap. |
| Is there just one liability form? Yes, the Club X liability form is the only one needed for registration. You DO NOT need to fill out any other liability form. |
| My team may have a league game on the weekend of the tournament. Can our games be scheduled around our league game? No! |
| We played in the "open" division last year? Is there such a thing this year? Sorry, we have decided not to offer the amateur/open divisions as part of our tournament. |
| What are the street addresses for the game venues? | Where are the forms located that will be needed for checkin? They are located on the main website page at the top. click on the forms tab and they will all be located there. |

| I accidently clicked the wrong button, do I need to re-apply? We will check and see if we have your application as pending and get back to you as to what you need to do. If you did not receive an email from us then you probably will need to re-apply. |
